Gastronomical excursions are a secret hobby for us. When it comes to edible treats, we leave no stone unturned. When we were eight, we inhaled escargot bits like if they were bon bons. We didn’t know at the time that they were snails. We smelled the butter and garlic and went for it. So when we came across Edible’s strange and peculiar treats, we perked up like Victoria Beckham’s ladies. Just take a gander at “Weasel Tea”:

This Coffee is first eaten by Weasels which then regurgitate it, no one knows why they do this but it is then collected by locals in remote forest areas and then cleaned and roasted. It has a unique rich chocolatey flavour and is best served as an espresso with a dash of condensed milk, just as they do in vietnam.

It’s like eating a baseball player’s chewed up tobacco, packaging it and shipping it off to unaware children in Ecuador. Hm.
