Dutchie Caray thinks the people who decided to hire an impersonator to mimic her beloved Harry Caray are a bunch of pansies. Well, in so many words. The widow was rancid with rage when she learned At&t released a commercial of impersonator John Caponera depicting her late husband as a bumbling idiot. We’re totally not inserting a joke here because we imagine Harry Caray’s ghost to be terrifying if he decides to haunt us.

“I just get shivers when I even think about it,” she told WGN-Ch. 9 on Monday morning. “I was gone the whole month of March and I didn’t come back until a couple of days ago. … It made me so sick and disgusted. … What they did [was] so unprofessional, so jerky. … I might make an AT&T commercial, wrap myself in telephone wire, ughl-ughl-ughl and act like an idiot dope.”

Ha. Government cheese. Besides looking leaner, the guy does a good job. Wait. We meant he’s an asshole. Did you hear us, Harry Caray’s ghost? The guy’s an asshole!
