Oh, Paul Pierce. We guess you can take the boy out of LA, but you can’t take the LA out of the boy. Fresh off his gang-sign toss against Al Horford Saturday, and subsequent $25K fine, a Boston “street preacher” is commanding Pierce to double the fine and give $50K to help out inner-city youths. Hm, $75 G’s for throwing up a gang sign. Well, it could be worse. You know, some people actually get shot after doing stupid shit like throwing up a sign.
A street preacher on the front lines of the Hub’s bloody street wars is demanding Boston Celtic star Paul Pierce pony up 50 grand for at-risk teens as penance for flashing a reputed gang sign during a televised playoff game. “He ought to give $50,000 to some inner-city organization that’s doing something for gangs, rather than (his $25,000 fine) just going to the league,” said Rev. Shaun Harrison of Youth in Crisis Ministries.
Pierce was fined $25,000 for making a “menacing gesture” after a dust-up with Atlanta Hawks forward Al Horford during the teams’ playoff game Saturday. Pierce and the Celtics [team stats] have staunchly denied the three-fingered salute to Horford was gang-related, claiming instead that it innocently stands for “blood, sweat and tears.”
Since when do old rock bands get gang signs? Is this the one for Wings? We’re really big fans of “Silly Love Songs.”

This might sound racist but not every African American person is not in a gang just like every white person doesnt sniff coke.

Any person with any knowledge of gangs can immediately recognize this as a gang sign. Paul Pierce should admit what he did, take his lumps, and move on.
