Our friends at The Spoiler tipped us about a soccer story full of deceit, mystery and sex shock. And it’s not about Nereida Gallardo. It turns out that Barcelona midfielder Ronaldinho underwent a secret physical examination at the Delfos de Barcelona clinic. Spanish newspaper ADN claims Ronaldinho made a 1:30am hospital visit sometime last week, accompanied by physicians he trusted. There’s no reason given as to why tests were performed, or why Ronaldinho intended on keeping the hospital visit secret, but ADN still has a report:

“The Brazilian striker, the soccer player who has symbolized, in the last five years, the success and failure for Barcelona, was accompanied to a hospital by a medic he trusted. The results were “ominous.” Physically, [Ronaldinho] is much worse than what people really know…”

What does this even mean? Is it liver disease? Cancer? Heart palpitations that follow the beat of a samba chorus? What’s certain to everyone is Ronaldinho’s healthy relationship with Barcelona has gone from commendation and worship to the deteriorated state of disgust and disdain. That’s enough to ruin anyone’s career, no matter how great they are.
