The one touch pass is probably the most enthralling of all the passes in soccer. For one, it’s prettier than the illustrious English long pass. Sure Beckham’s pecision is amazing, but that style doesn’t inspire us. There’s the Brazilian no-look, perfected by Ronaldihno, which makes us go “Ooooo” like a Harlem Globtrotters trick. Then there’s the accidental backward pass from a defender to goalie that leads to a goal. Those always make us laugh. But the one-touch pass to goal is breathtaking. As you can see, it even makes a defender like Pepe look like a striker.
