It seems like forever ago that Cristiano Ronaldo and his Portuguese pals were bounced from Euro 08. Part of that might be the onslaught of photos we’ve gotten of CR7 and his girlfriend, the lovely Ms. Nereida Gallardo, vacationing in Sardinia… sunning in Sardinia… playing horsies in Sardinia. But Cristiano had enough of the snapshots and finally showed his frustration at the paps by having one of his crew flood the boat where the photographers were shooting, and then giving them the good ol’ Bronx Salute for good measure.

The Portuguese player, on holiday in Sardinia with his girlfriend Nereida, has shown signs of impatience. First a friend of his flooded a boat carrying some photographers, then he made a rude gesture in their direction…

It mustn’t be easy to endure the continued presence of the photographers. Spotting some photographers in a small boat in front of the Pitrizza hotel, one of his entourage took a jet ski and began to circle the boat at high speed, before making a sharp turn to flood the boat with water and ruin the paparazzi’s equipment. Cristiano Ronaldo observed the scene from the beach, and further insulted the photographers with a rude gesture.

Seriously Cristiano, we expect more from you than that. You’re such a creature of subtlety.
