Oh, this is a sad day for Michoacan, Mexico. Hometown boy and ex-NFL kicker Tony Zendejas (he’s the one who’s not Luis or Max), was brought into court yesterday because a woman is accusing him of raping her after she woke up in a hotel room after blacking out at Zendejas’ San Dimas bar in January. Yeah, we’ll remember to avoid that place next time we head to Raging Waters.

Zendejas, 48, was charged with drugging and raping a woman customer of his San Dimas, Los Angeles County, sports bar, the Los Angeles Times reported. Charges against Zendejas included rape by use of drugs and rape of an unconscious person, the district attorney’s office said.

Prosecutors alleged that Zendejas gave the woman a drink that made her groggy at his sports bar and restaurant on Jan. 26. The woman woke up in a nearby motel room and called authorities, reporting she had been raped…

Yeah, if he ever wanted to try out that “No, I’m Max Zendejas” trick before scootin’ away to Mexico, this would be the time.
