In the list of annoying things girlfriends just shouldn’t do, checking their man’s cell phone for strange numbers ranks right up there with asking why he can’t just leave it on one channel (“Just because…” is the answer you’ll invariably get, ladies). But that’s what Jessica Simpson owned up to in an interview on a Nashville radio station when asked whether her boyfriend Tony Romo and his ex Carrie Underwood did still keep in touch like the country singer alleged in the latest issue of Allure (um, which we missed). Simpson laughed it off, saying that she and Romo couldn’t believe it when they read it, and when pressured even further by the Nashville DJ’s, she let it be known that she’s not above checking his phone’d call log when he’s not looking.
