There’s never been a successful front flip executed on a dirt bike during the X Games and Jim Dechamp isn’t the first one to land it successfully. He launched from the ramp with visions of glory, but wound up seeing glittery stars and possibly his life flash before his eyes. Amazingly, Dechamp walked out of the arena under his own power, but once the cameras were off, collapsed and was taken to a hospital. In a tribute to his bravery, we’re going to hail a green VW bug in Mexico City and hope to not get kidnapped. Kthxbye.
