Our homeboy Juan Lozano over at ESPN Deportes Radio in Milwaukee emailed us with a tip about Julio Cesar Chavez’s Documentary, “How I Kicked The Crap Out Of Everyone For 11 Years Before That Damn ‘Golden Boy’ Came To Fight Me” (jk, eses) airing on September 27 on ESPN Deportes. It’s a film directed by Diego Luna (“Y Tu Mama Tambien”) and contains interviews from famous reporters, critics, boxers (such as Mike Tyson) and promoters who like to steal money, a.k.a. Don King. With his crazy hair. And holding a Mexican flag. Good stuff, no? Set your TiVo if you’re heading out that night! Or don’t and be spared Mke Tyson’s gruesome face. That thing always gives us the creeps. Trailer after the jump:
“J.C. Chávez ,” a film about six-time world title champion boxer Julio César Chávez that debuts on Sept. 27 via ESPN Deportes and ESPN Classic.
Thanks Juan!
