Nike Brazil Commercial Gives You More Of The Same Urban Hype

Yes. We know. Brazilian street cred is all about how many bicicletas you can rock and how many times you can break your opponents ankles. But, is Nike’s infiltration of Urban culture getting old? Like, it was cool a few years back, but we don’t even know what the hell they are selling in this commercial. Are they trying to sell Brazilian soccer players to teams? Are they showcasing new moves? Is this tournament a part of some new “Brazilian Soccer Idol” we don’t know about? All there missing is some break dancing and then they’d have the whole cliched shebang.

The FIFA Futsal World Cup starts next week in Brazil. Nike, as usual, is an advertising their lastest futsal gear. Now you know.

Who cares. The commercial sucks anyway.
