Chad Ocho Cinco, nee Johnson, has confirmed the rumors that he planted a wet, sloppy kiss on the cheek of Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis during their 31-22 loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Ocho Cinco (which is ridiculous to type, by the way) said it was the first time he’d ever kissed a coach. Rather than embrace the homoeroticism that he has brought to the gridiron, the wideout was quick to add that the kiss would be his last, probably. An innocent story of mutual, albeit playful, respect? Sure, but it’s way more fun to take some quotes out of context.

“He whispered something in my ear that I really liked, so I kissed him,” Ocho Cinco said… “It’s a little thing we’ve got going, so it’s pretty cool. It’s kind of been able to keep myself from getting angry, from getting mad, from getting frustrated.

Now, before everyone gets their panties in a bunch, remember this happens all the time between Chad and Marvin. Ocho Cinco just felt the need to thank Lewis for his support through the time honored NFL tradition of kissing another man. Who can forget when Steelers Terry Bradshaw and Franco Harris made out in the huddle in 1972, right before the Immaculate Reception?
