The Band-Aid heir - or more likely, his cellphone acting on its own - dialed up his ex-galpal, Erika Mariani, just as his current partner, Suzanne Ircha, was giving birth yesterday to their second son. The Post’s Braden Keil reports that aspiring actress Mariani was “shocked” to hear a nearly 10-minute message on her voicemail of a screaming baby and the Jets owner discussing his latest spawn with staff at the undisclosed Manhattan hospital.

“It was pretty surreal. I felt like I was in the room,” laughed the alluring Mariani, who says she dated Johnson prior to Ircha. “I’m just glad I wasn’t the one giving birth.”

Hahahaha, yeah… who wants to give birth to an heir of a billion-dollar legacy and be taken care of by it? Yeah, not us! Hahahahahaha…
